Mustang ManiacPlease include in the parcel your name, address, invoice number and the reason for return. Once the parcel has reached our office we will then proceed to inspect the returned items and will refund you the amount of the returned item back to the same account with 14 days. Our returns policy is that any items which has been returned after 28 days of purchase may not receive all of the money back from the item due to restocking fee.
It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. When returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customers responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. Mustang Maniac regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
Returns to Mustang Maniac must be made within 28 days of receiving it. Therefore, always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged.
