Ford 2100 2v Carb Exterior Screw Kit

 Kit includes Fillister head screws and washers for the top to bottom cover, accelerator pump cover, power valve cover, choke housing, choke thermostat, heater hose cover, and dash pot bracket.

Note that some carbs from 1958-1964 may have used screws different from the Fillister head screws included in this kit. It is known that some 58-64 2v carbs used special hex washer head screws on the power valve and accelerator pump covers. Ford did not call for split washers on the accelerator pump cover.

10-32 x 5/8 used on top to bottom cover and dash pot bracket.
8-32 x 1 3/4 used on choke housing to carb body.
8-32 x 9/16 used on accelerator pump cover & choke cover.
8-32 x 1/2 used on power valve cover.
8-32 x 3/8 used on heater hose cover.
6-32 x 3/8 used on choke thermostat to choke housing.
10 external tooth lock nut used on primary throttle shaft (choke side)
