Rather than drilling large holes in components such as the C4 drive shell, DYNAMIC chooses instead to shave the part in a lathe, and then further reduce friction by polishing.
Not only does this less invasive procedure eliminate the extreme drag and turbulance caused by drilling, but in shaving this component it also becomes more 'trued'.
From the factory, this was a stamped, mass produced piece that greatly benefits from this process.
A standard feature in the Mighty Mite M2 and X6, the shaved drive shell is available not only as a seperate component, but can be added as an upgrade to any C4 transmission ordered.
